These are my two favourite Lino print pieces out of my experiments. I really like the contrast between the dominant colour and the opposite cardstock. Some of the excess ink gives them a clean, handmade effect. With this technique, I can develop layered prints and patterns that I can scan and manipulate on digital products as well as make personalised gifts. I would like to use this printmaking technique throughout my degree and in my career, as it’s quite repetitive and can be a good way to unwind and focus my creative mind.
